EUROPEAN QUALITY LABEL

This is the third European Quality Label that we have received together with Marci, my ex-colleague, now teaching in Černilov. Thank you for the friendship and cooperation!

ARTICLES IN THE AIR

It is the end of our project and the teachers or the pupils write about it. This is the first bigger article about the project. It was written about Bohemian teacher Marcela. It was written for their school web pages.

MARTY AND JOE WERE WINNERS IN BOHEMIA

Also in Bohemia pupils got 20 questions about the project RED DWARF ROCKS and eTwinning. They had two winners Marty and Joe. Both of them got an eTwinning T-shirt! :-) Congratulations!

END-OF-PROJECT COMPETITION

20 questions were prepared for an online competition. We used Facebook and our secret Facebook group for having this contest. The pupils were trying their best but at the end it was Filip who won a comedy "Keeping Mum". Congratulations!

We discussed with teachers and pupils on Facebook which presentations from each country are the best. Here are the results:

MY NEW FRIEND

Our pupils were eager to write to each other. They were looking forward to contact the person who was randomly chosen as their penfriend. They had to find out certain information about their new friend and make a presentation. You can see some of them right here:

PADLET

In our previous project we used WALLWISHER. Recently it was renamed the site and now it is called PADLET. It is a blank wall where you can type messages, drag and drop documents or images from your desktop. You can change the background. It is fun and you can use it for various reasons.

Our pupils were asked to add their favourite move character, their favourite movie quote and write whatever comes to their mind if they hear "MOVIE". Her you can see the results:

NEW BOARD IN OUR CORRIDOR

Today we made a nice and new board for the others to have a look at our project!

PAPER POSTERS

The final Paper Posters look excellent!

The most impressive work comes from Bohemia! It is nice to see all the pupils working together. :-)

The Czech paper poster is dedicated to the Red Dwarf series. You can see the main characters from the sitcom: Holly, Lister, Rimmer, Kryton and Cat.

The Polish paper work is very imaginative. It is a globe with some of the symbols of our eTwinning project. Well done!

MORAVIAN CLIP IS THE WINNER

Happy to announce that Moravian class had the best clip according to our votes. We are happy since we really tried our best! :-)

 

WORKING ON PAPER POSTERS

For the month of January we decided to work with scissors and paper. Each school can choose whether to make a poster to popularize our eTwinning project or to make a poster for the sitcom Red Dwarf Rocks. Bohemina pupils took big paper boxes and start to make something really big!

In Moravia we decided to make a film poster for Red Dwarf. Štěpán, Natálie and Dominik started to draw the first pictures...

OUR FAVOURITE VIDEO CLIP

Again it is the time to vote. Now we are thinking which video clip from the eTwinning partners is the best. Moravian pupils voted for the Polish video. The winner will be known very soon...

LOTS OF FILMING

For a few weeks we were practising, rehearsing and playing a short clip from the sitcom Red Dwarf. How many times we were watching this piece to be as accurate as possible!



In January it was the time when all teachers were ready to film their pupils and chose the best one to show off. Here you´ve got our best actors:

IT WAS A TIE

After all the schools secretly voted for their favourite logo, we found out that it was a tie. After looking at the results we knew that new voting wouldn´t help. 

We decided to choose the best logo in the open discussion on Facebook. Finally, we chose Bohemian logo to represent our project! Congratulation!! :-)

 All the logos for the finals were chosen. Then it was up to us which logo would be our official logo. Each school chose one logo that they liked.

FREE TICKETS TO THE CINEMA

After all the points were counted, Moravian best actors were invited to the language classroom.

There the best pair was awarded with free tickets to the local cinema Hvězda. Barbora and Jan were happy and started to think what they are going to see and with whom! ;-)

Jan said he would like to go to see Hobit and Barbora talked about a new Czech comedy Babovřesky.

MORAVIAN VIDEO COMPETITION

In Moravian school all classes were involved in this video competition. After filming the best pupils from each class, all videos were put online and all the pupils from the school voted for the best video. Here you can see the best three videos.
